直流電流與交流電流相比較,不存在周期性的電流數(shù)值過零點(diǎn),因此,傳統(tǒng)接觸器開斷電路時(shí),觸頭之間產(chǎn)生的電弧較為強(qiáng)烈,燃弧時(shí)間也比較長(zhǎng),以便充分釋放電路中剩余的能量。電弧的燃燒產(chǎn)生高溫和強(qiáng)光,對(duì)觸頭表面有嚴(yán)重的燒蝕作用,觸頭材料在多次開斷之后逐漸流失,觸頭電磨損嚴(yán)重時(shí),導(dǎo)致直流接觸器報(bào)廢,不能開斷電路。 [1]
電力電子技術(shù)得以迅猛發(fā)展,人們將電力電子元件應(yīng)用到直流接觸器中,巧妙的創(chuàng)造出一種混合式直流接觸器,使得直流接觸器向智能化、可控化邁進(jìn)了新的一步。這種混合式接觸器利用傳統(tǒng)直流接觸器在閉合導(dǎo)通狀態(tài)下觸頭接觸電阻小、導(dǎo)通壓降小的優(yōu)點(diǎn),將由反并聯(lián)晶閘管和控制模塊單元共同組成的無觸點(diǎn)開關(guān)并聯(lián)在傳統(tǒng)直流接觸器觸頭上。這種無觸點(diǎn)的電力電子開關(guān)分?jǐn)嚯娐窌r(shí)不產(chǎn)生電弧,這就避免了傳統(tǒng)接觸器中電弧對(duì)觸頭材料的電磨損,也就大大增加了觸頭的使用壽命和可靠性。 [1]
